William “Dee” Stuper, 59, of East Syracuse, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Upstate University Hospital. William was an avid motorcycle rider who enjoyed restoring farm implements and making his front yard look nice. He had a passion for automotive repair, street racing and race tracking at ESTA Drag Strip in Bridgeport. He loved his animal especially his dogs. He had a large heart, loved his friends and enjoyed cooking. He was predeceased by his mother, Wilhemina Stuper.
William is survived by his loving son, Matthew J. (Debbie) Stuper of Central Square; his loving daughter, Geordyn Baker of East Syracuse; four grandchildren, Jasmine, Corey, Madisyn and Kylee; one great granddaughter, Addie; several siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home, 241 Kinne Street, East Syracuse. A private family service will follow due to current COVID restrictions. The Rite of Committal will take place on Friday, January 22, 2021 2 p.m. at White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
