Phyllis M. Cohen, 80, of Syracuse, passed away at Crouse Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Cohen in 2011.  

A private burial was held at White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.  Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home, East Syracuse has care of arrangements.
