Patricia A. Larosche died at her home peacefully, August 11, 2017. She was born February 27, 1932, to Leona and Earl Stoddard. She lived most of her life in Syracuse, New York. Patricia is a graduate of East Syracuse High School. She modeled for a number of years, before contributing to the General Electric Company as an Administrative Assistant. It was at General Electric she met and married Jacob R. Larosche, on October 26, 1957. They exchanged vows in a loving display at Immaculate Heart of Mary, in Liverpool. Patricia enjoyed knitting mittens and scarves for charity, bowling with Jake, Jack and Doris, antiquing to create nostalgia in her home, camping in the Adirondacks, and traveling the country with her husband. Yet nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her 7 grandchildren, who were the jewels in her life.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jacob, her 5 children: Karen (James) Simko, Robert (Annie) Larosche, Michael (Patricia) Larosche, Lori (Dave) Lord, and David Larosche. Her 7 grandchildren: Jacob and Karen Elizabeth Larosche, Marci Fenton, Cody and Chloe Larosche, Jessica and William Lord, her brothers: Bruce Stoddard, Jack (Doris) Stoddard, Erle (Angela) Stoddard, and many nieces and nephews: Michelle and Steven Stoddard among quite a few, and her four legged, furry entertainment: Shaunessy. She is predeceased by her parents: Leona and Earl Stoddard, sister: Shirley Fleming and brother in law James Fleming and sister-in-law: Dorothy Stoddard. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
