Linda A. Drogo

March 30, 1948 ~ February 24, 2017 (age 68)
Linda A. (Emeterio) Drogo 68, of Chittenango, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 24, 2017. She was born in East Syracuse, daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Emeterio.

Linda worked for over thirty years as an accountant in the furniture industry, spending many years at her last employer Ramour and Flanigan Furniture. Linda was well-respected at work and was often the go to person to fix problems that arose.

She was predeceased by her husband, Sam; her brother, Douglas Emeterio and sister, Judy (Emeterio) Martin.

Linda is survived by her children, Michael (Molly) Drogo, Nick (Katie) Drogo, and her sister Anita (Emeterio) Strods; Five grandchildren, Kate, Anna, Ryan, Alex, and Leah

Linda, enjoyed reading, talking with friends and family by the pool and playing cards. Linda was loved for her ease to speak with, her common-sense approach and her generosity. Linda always put her family first, in particular, her children and grandchildren. She was simply the best mother and grandmother anyone could hope for. She will be missed by so many for the love, kindness, and generosity she brought to everyone that knew her.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday March 2, at 10 am at the Delaney-Greabell- Adydan Funeral Home. Calling hours will be Wednesday March 1, from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home 241 Kinne St. East Syracuse. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the March of Dimes.
