Wilhelmina V. “Billie” Stuper, 90, of East Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday at The Onondaga Center Nursing Home. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of East Syracuse Schools. She enjoyed bowling, traveling and was an avid Yankee’s fan. Billie loved seeing Bobby Vinton, playing zonk, and her cats. She was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Etta (Palmer) Elliott; brother, Paul Elliot; and sister, Rose Elliott.
She is survived by her four daughters, Linda Whelan, Sandra Byrne, Pamela Stuper and Larri Lee Stuper; five sons, Douglas (Connie), Donald (Chris), David (Kathy), Dale (Karen) and William Stuper; two brothers, Gerald and Hollis Elliott; two sisters, Sharon (Dominick) Episcopo and Debbie Brush; 25 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service at 241 Kinne Street, East Syracuse. Private Burial will be held at White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
