Sharon E (Dalpan) DeVaul, 65, of Liverpool passed away peacefully on Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. Sharon was born on October 6 , 1953 to the late Angelo and Shirley Dalpan. She graduated from Corcoran High school in Syracuse. After school she stayed in the Syracuse area and worked multiple jobs, most notably at the Salvation Army for 16 years in the payroll department, and as the manager at the Food bag in East Syracuse for 13 years. She loved to bake. She enjoyed trying new foods. She loved taking road trips, especially to the Turning Stone Casino.
Sharon is survived by her sister, Andrea (Dalpan) McClive of Syracuse; her brother, Joseph Dalpan of Florida; her children, Kristie Shoff of Syracuse, Gary Shoff of Syracuse, Renee (Marvin) Vrooman of East Syracuse, William (Drew) DeVaul of East Syracuse; her grandsons, Aaron Shoff, Conner Shoff and Carter DeVaul; also her Best friend and roommate Christopher Berry of Liverpool. She is preceded in death by her parents Angelo and Shirley of Syracuse; her brothers, Donald Dalpan of Pennsylvania, Francis Dalpan of Syracuse, and Floyd Dalpan of Rome.
Calling Hours will be held on Sunday April 28, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home, 241 Kinne Street, East Syracuse. Burial will be private.
